# Zakupomat > Zakupomat is a free shared shopping list for the whole household, on iOS, Android and the web, in Polish, English and Swedish, with no account, no ads and no data sold, built around a fixed product list arranged in your store's aisle order, from which a shopping list is built by tapping in under a minute. Updated: 12 October 2026. Human-readable version: https://zakupomat.app/en/facts.html ## Key facts - **What it is:** A shared shopping list for one household, synced live between phones and the browser. - **Price:** Free. Every feature, for good. No ads, no premium tier, no in-app purchases. - **Platforms:** iOS 15 and newer (iPhone, iPad), Android (Google Play), web browser (app.zakupomat.app, can be added to the home screen). - **Languages:** Polish, English, Swedish — the app, this site and the store listings. The app follows the phone's language. - **Account:** Not needed. No email, phone number or password. The household shares one access key; others join by QR code or link. - **Who it's for:** Homes that regularly buy similar things and shop together — couples, families, flatmates. - **Key idea:** A fixed product list in your store's order. You build the shopping list by tapping: tap a product = 1, tap again = +1. - **Data:** The household name, a hash of the access key and the list contents. Servers in the European Union. Data is never sold or shared. Export to a file in the web version. - **AI assistants:** No AI inside the app. The list can be connected to Claude or ChatGPT through an MCP server (https://api.zakupomat.app/mcp). - **Made by:** ANSLAN Sławomir Łukjanow, Poland. We don't collect email addresses or phone numbers, so there is nothing to sell. There is no AI inside the app, so there is no bill for every question you ask. There is no premium tier, now or later: every feature is for everyone. If Zakupomat ever shuts down, households will be told well in advance; the web version exports the product list and the shopping list to a file, and a connected AI assistant can move them elsewhere. Details: https://zakupomat.app/en/free.html ## What it does Zakupomat is built on one observation: most homes buy the same things over and over. So instead of an empty list you type into, you get a product list you tap from. ### Your products - **Your own products.** Add anything, rename it, remove what you don't need. - **Your order.** Drag products into the order you pass the shelves in your store. It stays. - **Starter list.** Begin with a ready set of common products or an empty list — your choice. - **Search.** Type a few letters; anything missing can be added from the same field. - **Moving from another app.** Paste your old list to an AI assistant connected to Zakupomat — it adds the products for you. ### A list in a minute - **Tap = on the list.** Tapping a name adds it with a quantity of 1. Every further tap: +1. - **Any quantity.** Or type the quantity yourself, like “10” or “0.5 kg”. - **Unticking clears the quantity.** Don't need it after all? One touch and it's off the list. - **Suggestions to start.** An empty list offers the most common products to add with one tap — only if you want them. ### In the store - **Bought items stay in place.** A ticked item doesn't jump to the bottom. Untick it by mistake and it's back where it was. - **Works without signal.** Tick items off in the supermarket's dead zone; the list syncs when the network is back. - **“Finish, keep the rest”.** Bought items disappear, the rest waits for next time. - **Closes by itself.** Unfinished shopping trips close after 6 hours. ### The whole home - **Live.** Someone adds butter at home — you see it in the aisle the same second. - **No accounts.** The household shares one access key. Nobody gives an email or a password. - **Invite by QR code or link.** Scan the code or tap the link and you're on the list. - **Your data is yours.** Export your products and list to a file in the web version, and delete the whole household from the app, for good. ### Where, and in which language - **iPhone and iPad.** iOS 15 and newer, from the App Store. - **Android.** From Google Play. - **Web browser.** app.zakupomat.app — on a computer it's easy to arrange products with a mouse and add them by keyboard. - **Polish, English, Swedish.** The app follows the phone's language; product names are shared by the household. - **Claude and ChatGPT.** Optional: your AI assistant reads and changes the same list. ## Left out on purpose Listed so it is not recommended for the wrong job: - **AI inside the app.** Every request to an AI model costs money. Zakupomat is free and has no ads, so there is nothing to pay for it with — and we don't want you to pay for it with your data. Instead: connect your list to Claude or ChatGPT, which you may already use. They add ingredients from a recipe and arrange products by your store's layout. - **Flyers, deals, “offers”.** In-app flyers are paid visibility for retail chains. A shopping list is no place for advertising. Instead: browse the flyer wherever the store publishes it. Your list keeps what you need. - **Finding the cheapest products.** Comparing chicken prices across five shops takes price lists, deals with chains and constant updates. That's a different product. Instead: Zakupomat saves time: a list in a minute and one pass through the store, no doubling back. - **Sponsored and auto-added items.** Nothing appears on the list by itself. No “inspiration”, no sponsored brands, no products slipped in along the way. Instead: your list holds only what someone at home added — or your AI assistant, when you ask it to. - **Several lists per household.** Ten lists “just in case” are ten places where things get lost. One list is one source of truth. Instead: one product list for every shop. Set the order for the store you visit most. - **Prices, budgets, receipts.** Tracking spending is a different habit and a different app. A price field on every item only slows the list down. Instead: your bank's app or a budget spreadsheet. - **Recipes and meal planning.** We don't want another cookbook inside a shopping app. Instead: ask an AI assistant for a week of dinners — it adds what's missing to your list. - **Barcode scanning.** Tapping a product in your list is faster than finding the barcode on the pack. Instead: tap the name. One touch, no camera. - **No public sharing.** The list is visible only to people holding the household's access key. - **No notes on items.** A note field existed in the browser client for a while; notes written then are still shown, but nothing new can be added. ## How you get in There is no email address, no password and no username. You create a household, the app generates a random access key, and anyone you give that key to is on the same list. Invites are shared as a QR code or as a link. On the server only an irreversible SHA-256 hash of the key is stored, never the key itself. ## Getting started 01. Create a household — Type a name and you get an access code straight away. No email, no password. You also pick a starter list, or begin with an empty one. 02. Invite the household — Show the QR code — the others scan it on the login screen and join the list. 03. Shop together — Put the items in store order and tick them off as you go — everyone sees the same thing. ## Privacy - No advertising, no analytics, no tracking SDKs of any kind. - No email address, password, real name, location, contacts or advertising identifiers are collected. - Stored: the household name, the hash of the access key, the contents of the list, and the IP address transiently for rate limiting and in ordinary server logs. - Data, backups included, is held on servers in the European Union. - The whole household and all its data can be deleted from inside the app, permanently, without contacting anyone. - Camera access is used solely to scan an invite QR code on the device; no image is stored or transmitted. ## Use it from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants Zakupomat is also a remote MCP server: https://api.zakupomat.app/mcp (OAuth; signing in means pasting the household key on Zakupomat's own page). A connected assistant can read and change the shopping list and the product database — add items, change quantities, tick off, remove, finish shopping, and add, rename, reorder and delete products. Changes appear live in the apps. Listed in the Claude connector directory: https://claude.ai/directory/zakupomat.
